The mechanism of mobilization, migration, transformation of gold and copper for elluvial, continental, transitional and marine groups of facies have elucidated. The influence of the washout areas, the climate, the transportation ways, the sedimentary heaping conditions on concentration of copper in sedimentary stratas have established. On the example of Yurievskoe gold ore manifestation the influence of hypergene processes on mobilization, migration and redistribution of gold in crust of weathering profile have traced. According to character of correlative bonds between gold and its accessories, the factors which define the concentration of gold, the types of geochemical barriers, precipitating metal have determined. Zoning of gold anomalies and its elements - accessories relatively to geochemical barriers can be use for determine of original gold source location.
