Till now in beforeproject operations and mining of the requirement specifications the designers have no in the disposal(order) of the applicable software which is capable to value a scale of integration of new plants, which one are entered in a structure of a system, to institute intensity of interaction interference of members of an electrical system - conditions, existing and new on variation, of operation of an electrical system from the point of view of its structural cohesion. The mathematical models, methods and algorithms, designed writers in the given operation, are intended for a solution of a problem of an estimation of a scale of integration of new plants, which one are entered in pattern of an electrical system and study of intensity of interaction interference of members of an electrical system, and also for the registration of influencing of new electronetwork plants on variations of conditions of operation of an electrical system from the point of view of its structural properties. The study of strategic development trends of an Integrated power generation of Ukraine is founded on study of problems of federating in its pattern of new electronetwork plants in view of the applicable technological limitations. Realised during design complete of a solution of the given problem allows to estimate, and, therefore, to prevent originating undesirable consequences of possible unfavorable perturbations in a power system. The special relevance can gain a solution of a problem of an estimation of a scale of integration of separate electronetwork plants to general scheme of an acting power system at stage design and beforeproject studies of alternatives of further long-term progressing of electrical power area of Ukraine, directional on a heightening of power safety of the state.
