It was shown that changes in morphology and anatomy of roots and leaves, their cell ultrastracture, functional state of the photosynthetic apparatus, enzymatic activity, lipid peroxidation intensity and antioxidant system state, protein spectrum and quantitative amino acid composition, state and quantitative composition of phytohormones, gene expression, embryogenesis and fruit germination rate belong to phenotypic plasticity features from the organism to molecular level. Two strategies of the adaptation process were determined: 1) quick acclimation in response to seasonal and day's fluctuations of ecological factors and 2) long adaptation to moderate chronic influence of unfavorable changes in ecological factors that results to ecotype formation.
