Practical results: the introduction of the developed technique in practical activity will allow bodies of the executive authority of all levels and bodies of self-management to receive the operative analytical information concerning a real socio economic rule(situation) and to accept the proved administrative decisions, which are directed on maintenance of productivity of execution(performance) of strategy of regional development.
