By results of the analysis and systematization of the proposals the database of existing and perspective areas of activity of firms and organizations of Ukraine is formed in the field of high high technologies. The obtained information resolves to forecast composition of participants of competitions on selection the projects and directions of actualization of their conditions with allowance for of scheduled outcomes of fulfilment of the Program. The conducted systematization and ranking of the proposals according to problems of the Program contains the information concerning possible expediency of affiliation of resources of the separate initiators for fulfilment of the priority projects within the framework of the Program. The formed List contains the information concerning volumes of financing, which one, from the point of view of the potential initiators, are indispensable for implementation of the projects of the conforming priority levels.
