The purpose of activity: to analyze a condition of scientific mining of the reasons of formation and development of the Ukrainian state, in particular analysis of a problem of originating of miscellaneous archeological cultures, analysis both generalization of achievements and lacks in illumination in the historical literature еthnic national of the factors of the Ukrainian statehood, problem of social and economic and cultural development of Ukraine in a context of national policy of the Soviet authority. To find out a condition of analysis of processes of formation of a political system of the independent Ukrainian state, becoming of multiparty spirit, parlamentarism, place and role to miscellaneous political force in Ukraine on a shear of millenaries. Are studied and the external factors of formation of the Ukrainian statehood, in particular causes and concrete historical reasons of revival of independent Ukraine both pathes of strengthening of statehood and increase of authority of Ukraine in world community are generalized. Relationships of the Ukrainian people and slavonic peoples of Europe in development of statehood also were parsed. An intercoupling of the Ukrainian people and slavonic peoples of Europe in development of social - class and national attitudes also was parsed. In addition, as the separate constituent of an investigated subject, was investigated historiography of a history of the Kiev university; are detected, are collected, are classified and the new exhibits, bound with his history are made out. Were аre mirrored of international relations of the Kiev university and the researches of unknowns of the facts of his history are proceeded, that has enabled cardinally to rework and to regenerate an exposition of a museum of the Kiev university.
