The purpose of probing is development of conceptual bases and approaches to reforming the organizational - economic mechanism of agriculture of Ukraine. A theoretical and methodological base of a research work is the dialectic method of knowledge and the system approach to study of economic processes, legislative and normative statements of public authorities of Ukraine on development of agrarian and industrial complex, job of domestic and foreign scientists on problems of maintenance of reforming of a national economy and transition to market-oriented pattern of regulation of socio economic development.
