The size of structure elements are of order ~5-50 nm. At description of the magnetic conductivity electron subsystem the function of spin density is applied. It allows to calculate the spin state in the contact neighbourhood, to define the oscillation period of constant of exchange interaction between layers and calculate the magnetic field dependence of current.
