The intervals of thermal stability for quasicrystalline alloys with different content of additional crystal phases are established. The mechanisms models of structural and phase transformation in system Al-Cu-Fe developed at a gallium reactive diffusion under conditions of a durational excerpt on air, thermal and hydrostatic machining in theinterval temperatures at different pressure values. The common regularities of chemical elements distribution in the surface field, volume, at the grain boundaries and phases of Al-Cu-Fe, Cu-Fe-Ga systems are established using data analysis of spectral methods with the purpose of determination of concentration modifications at different temperatures and structural conditions. The mechanical characteristics of Al-Cu-Fe, Cu-Fe-Ga alloys are obtained. The interdependences between process parameters of laser ablation and a complex of mechanical characteristics are established. The most important physical characteristics which define considered processes is determined.
