The purpose: development of methodology the discretion running of technological resources for maintenance of quality of metal products from molten alloys and mattings, which are formed with participation of a solution phase, on a ground of the generalized assaying of morphological features of a cast structure and processes of its formation according to the requirements of technologies of treatment and operation in a solid condition, and also machine visualization of dynamics changes of process gelation at a crystallization. Analytical is proved and is experimentally confirmed, that the conformity of structure of molten aluminum alloys functionly oriented to master schedules of treatment in a solid condition, is defined by morphology and hierarchical dimensional levels of building blocks. Is shown, that the opportunity of running of morphological attributes of cast structures, in directions of improvement of quality of hardware, is defined by technology factors of influence on microchemical and near crystallinea microinhomogeneity of molten metals and alloys and on process of a crystallization. The program of machine imitating model operation of dynamics changes of process gelation is generated, provides computer visualization of process on intersection of bullions, casts and mattings obtained by a laser alloy building. Is shown, that the forecasting of structure and properties of aluminum alloys in a complex with imitating model operation, is by a padding information resource at designing, betterment of technologies of influence on liquid state and process of a crystallization, estimate of operation of the stochastic factors and reserve of optimization of technical and economic expenses. The possible users: the operations metallurgical, machine-building, transport fields, which fabricate molten hardware.
