The space-time variability of the physical processes in the ocean and atmosphere on the global and regional was studied. The features of climatic anomalies over the European region (including Ukraine and Black Sea area) associated with the processes in the ocean-atmosphere system were found. Variability of the Atlantic and Southern oceans associated with large scale processes in the coupled ocean-atmosphere system were described. As a result of theoretical and experimental study the influence of atmospheric disturbing effect on the generation and propagation of surface and internal waves and streams was shown.
