The up to date data obtained allow the high-precision measurements of metal abundances in star forming regions and sometimes in their environments. The data obtained pave the way for theoretical investigations of the processes of metal distribution and evolution on cosmological timescales. On the basis of method proposed by authors of the project and available observational data oxygen, nitrogen and other elemevt abundances in ionized hydrohen regions were determined for the large selected set of spiral and irregular galaxies. It was shown that there is no serious differences in the chemical evolution of galaxies in clusters and field galaxies. A high efficiency of the new method was proved. A two-phase hydrodynamicad code was developed for theoretical modelling of the processes of galaxies formation and evolution. On the base of 3D numericalSPH simulations we investigated the processes of isothermal fragmentation of complexes of giant molecular clouds, e.g. regions of intense star formation. In the frame of the numerial simulations we were able to reproduce mass spectrum of molecular clouds in inner and outer regions of our Galaxy. 14 papers were published in basic local and international scientific journals, 3 papers were submitted to international journals.
