Morphological and biophysical criteria of differential diagnostics of death from diseases of heart (acute, chronic ischemic illnesses) and alcoholic poisonings have been certain. Ways of optimization of differential diagnostics of sudden death from acute ischemic illness of heart, a myocardial infarction and alcoholic poisonings for increase of accuracy and reduction of time of carrying out forensic medical examination have been planned. Criteria of definition of time of approach of death by studying morph-functional and biophysical features of heart and its regional lymphatic nodes have been developed.
