There were showed muscles leg and foot have the decreasing containe of mitochondrial system ferments; intrabone and subfascial pressure depend on the relative preservation of the peripheral heamodynamics; fasciotomy increase the level of mitochondrial system ferments and improve factors of tissue pressure; the progressive chronic atrophic changes in foot and leg muscles are present. The using of designed methodics of treatment has been promote to the preserving of weight-load capability in75 % patients with irreversible ischemity of lower extremity.
