A method of research – experimental researches in a hydrotray of wind rotor models with a vacillating blades and models of rotors of the classical circuit design (with a rigid fixing of blades on cross-pieces), comparison and the analysis of results Experimental researches of wind rotors models with the control mechanism a rule of wind rotor blades during its work carried out jn specially created experimental installation, which have shown that self-start of such wind rotor model is provided at much smaller speed of a stream in a hydrotray, than for wind rotor model with a rigid fixing of blades are lead. Optimization of parameters of the mechanism has allowed to raise twice magnitudes of operating ratios of energy of stream Ср and factors of twisting moment Сm of wind rotors rather geometrically similar wind rotors with arigid fixing of blades. Besides it was possible to lower three times magnitude of aerodynamic loading on the wind rotor shaft.
