Purpose: standardization of endovascular interventions in patients with cerebral vascular saccular aneurysms based on patient examination data, criteria obtaining according to which the most effective technique of endovascular intervention has been chosen for every individual case. Methods: neurological state analysis, cerebral angiography, computer tomography, single photon emission computer tomography, magneto-resonance investigation. Results: optimization criteria selection of patients investigation with cerebral SA was performed based on individual approach considering anatomical structure, aneurysm size, its relation to parent artery, major arteries state of the head and neck, period of the disease. It made possible to form clear criteria and indications to balloon-catheters and coils usage and in various cases with predicted efficacy and risk reduction of the endovascular intervention.
