The new method of statistical pattern recognition is investigated. On its basis the noninvasive method of diagnostics of a breast cancer is offered. Its mathematical properties are described. The statistical test for check of heterogeneity of populations of cancer cells is offered. The program which is carrying out differential diagnostics of a breast cancer and fibroadenomatos is created. It is offered, based on approximations of inverse empirical distribution function, a new method of the stratification analysis of general sets.
