Besides, the quality of the weld may be deteriorated because of formation of pores and spatters. This required the use of additional operations of cleaning and restoration of the zinc layer. It is shown that arc brazing is most promising for joining zinc-plated sheets, as its thermal effect during the joining process is much lower.
