New algorithms and systems for control and transmission over power-lines in conditions of interferences from converters are proposed. New control algorithms allow to realize optimal control of consumption, generation and accuvulation processes at costs minimum or resources criterions. The transmission algorithms and systems allow to improve a noise-immunity of signal transmission near twice in comparison with known systems.
