Research objects: elektrofyzycheskye parameters of dielectric structures, piezoelectric and elektrostryktsyonnye aktyuatory, electromechanics management by descriptions of dielectric structures in a UHF range. Purpose of work: Development and deep study of svyazy is the purpose of work composition structure are properties of dielectric UHF materials and development on the basis of research of properties of aktyuatorov, which work directly in the field of UHF, electromechanics guided sverkhvysokochastotnykh devices. Recommended region of the use, purview: methods of creation of the special UHF dielectric materials and also UHF devices with the electromechanics guided descriptions on the basis of dielectric resonances structures. Purview: telecommunications chains and signals. Major got results: 1. In the system of oxides to the barium, titan, to niobium, sodium and lithium the row of dielectric materials is synthesized with varying of composition. The optimum temperatures of heat treatment are found out. The temperature of agglomeration is reduced on 200..250 °C. Research is executed at UH and UHF descriptions of the synthesized dielectric materials and satisfactory results are got. 2. Developed it is made and explored four as actuators, specially for the use in the UHF devices different by geometry and small sizes, practically without worsening of deformations descriptions and comfortable for the use in the small UHF devices. 3. It is developed and made the measuring device for research of made DR on UHF. Explored made dielectric resonators with the basic type of vibrations. The results of researches of guided DR showed their fitness for construction of electromechanically guided UHF phaseshifter, switchboards, filters. 4. Invented, made and experimental tested new method of termokompensatsyy dielectric resonators suitable for termocompensation of DR made from a dielectric with permeability 10...200 and OEch = -20...-400 E-1 5. The new method of measuring of UHF descriptions of sheets dielectric materials is offered on the basis of dielectric resonators with a transversal crack. 6. Developed constructions of filters on the basis of planarnykh dielectric resonances elements. The management by descriptions of filters is explored on the basis of planarnykh dielectric structures. Conducted theoretical and experimental researches of dependences of resonances frequencies from elektrofyzycheskykh and geometrical parameters. A high sensitiveness and wide range of alteration of the systems is shown on their basis. 7. It is developed, made and explored descriptions of fazoovraschateley UHF in the detsymetrovom and centimetre ranges of wave-length on the basis of bars filters on neodnorodnykh planarnykh resonators and regular mykropoloskovykh lines of UHF.
