The search, analysis of literary sources and normative documentation in the area of strengthening and repair of the structures, recommendations on repair of reinforced structures with the usage of external reinforcement. In the result the recommendation, which allow to perform the repair of reinforced bridges with the usage of the external reinforcement are developed. The implementation of the development will give the opportunity to prolong the service life of the structure after the strengthening and to make the status of the existing bridge structures confirm to the requirements of the available standard.
