Formation of the uniform territorially-distributed telecommunication space for realization of joint activity of the State Committee of the Financial Monitoring (SCFM) and its regional structural divisions; 2. Technical maintenance of the infrastructure development of the SCFM, increasing of the general information-technological level of the engineering processes; 3. Maintenance of the operative and centralized management with the subordinated divisions, rationalization of administrative decisions, strengthening of the accountability and the responsibility for results of the accepted decisions; 4. Reduction of operating costs of information system due to centralization of administration, technical support and carrying out of uniform technological policy. As a result of performancing this scientific- research work the concept and preliminary project of protected multiservice automated corporate system of the SCFM are developed; the pre-production model is created and the feasibility report on creation of this system is developed.
