In some case, inoculation changes phytotoxity of soil on growing up promoting actions. The application of nodule bacteria of pea, lens and chickpea up-to-date cultivars grain-legume crops under Lugansk region showed significant increasing of grain yield by 1,0-8,6 c/he because promotion all elements of yield structure, especially under stress whether conditions. The effectiveness of biopreparations and strains of associative microorganisms on winter wheat during of years of observing in average was from 4 to 17% in comparison with control.
