It is found, that damages evolutes from microcracks, initiated during heat treatment. As it shown, in weldments of 9 % Cr steels cracks could form in the range of 450...550 0С, when secondary hardening occurs. Beneficial factors for cracking are ?-ferrite formation and segregation of S. Recommendations on optimization of electrode flux covering and parameters of welding ant heat treatment regimes were elaborated, for rising of crack resistance and physical and mechanical properties of weldments.
