The aim of the work is the creation of new alloying principles of high-chromium ferrite (HCF) to completely remove the polimorphic transformation in it and to obtain the steels with purely ferritic structure, high weldability and other necessary properties. Methods of investigation which have been used: optical metallography, X-rays structure analysis, dilatometeric researches, mechanical tests. Results of the work: Processes of dissolving and formation of carbonit-ridic phases and non-metallic inclusions in hight-chromium ferritic steels have been investigated. Influance of this phases on weldability and cold-resistance of steels have been studed. Ferritic stainless steel with improved technology properties has been created.
