Results: contemporary parasitological situation among wild ungulates in hunting reserves and protected territories in Steppe-Forest zone of Ukraine is studied; taxonomic structure of their parasites, intensity and extensity of infection in main ungulate species are determined. Peculiarities of taxonomic structure of parasite groups in Przhewalskii horses and domestic horses in Chornobyl zone are determined. Social structure and behavioral peculiarities of Przhewalskii horse is found to transmission and circulation of some intestinal parasites among all age groups. The character of influence of feeding on parasite group structure of horse intestinal parasites is established. Domination of cereals in wild horse feeding and their maximal contamination with invasive elements promotes permanent infection of Przhewalskii horse with strongilids on the territory of Chornobyl zone. Generalization on system of integrated sanitation and control of horse nematodosis in reserves in different zones of Ukraine was done.
