It has been established that samples of maternalplants of the both populations are in balance according to Hary-Weinberg law. In seed embryo samples there is observed a deficiency of heterozygotes. Between the samples of trees and seed embryo from low-lying and high-altitudinal populations of P. abies, there was observed an insignificant genetic differentiation which was very low between maternal plants and seed embryos within each population. In progenies of two natural populatins of P. abies from Ukrainian Carpathian, allele diversity peculiar to maternal plants in maintained.
