Object of researches - some practically important groups in man-changed and urbanized conditions of environment. The purpose of researches - to reveal laws of formation of species complexes of the practically important groups mites and spiders in the man-changed conditions of environment. Methods of researches - standard and original faunistic, ecological, morpho-functional and epidemiological. For the first time it is established or is confirmed on an example of the representatives different taxa some of practically important groups mites and spiders, which are registered in territory of Ukraine, that under influence of the anthropogenous factors in most cases these arthropods appreciablly change norm of reactions. As a result of the researches on urbanized territories the morpho-physiological and morpho-functional features of specialization of the digestive device of some prostigmatid mites are investigated depending on its trophics; установлены общие черты и особенности паразитирования клещей в дыхательных путях животных, the laws of display of fluctuating asymmetry both anomalies of morphological features and ecological characteristics Varroa mite on bees in greenhouses are established; the common attributed and features of some families of endoparasitic mites inhabiting in respiratory ways animal, direction of specialization and adaptation of them to parasitism are established; the features of spider distribution on urban territory, place of localization and frequency of ocurrance, law of forming of complexes of eusynanthropic spiders in urban coenoses are investigated; 2 new for Ukraine spiders species are found; the distribution and feed circuits of ixodid mites on urbanized landscapes of Kiev is established in connection with the circulation of the activator of Lima disease into the centers of danger; the modern structure of phytoseiid complexes, its distribution, degree of attachment to the certain plants - owners predatory phytoseiid mitesof urban green plantings of Kiev is established. The results of the carried out works can be used at the further study these arthropods for specification role of them in maintenance of steady functioning of urbanized citie ecosystems, by development of practical ways of species preservation of a variety animal in conditions of growing pressure of anthropogenous influence on an environment.
