The purpose of the work: study of methods to stabilization of mixed carburetor and diesel fuels, selection new stabilizers of water-fuel mixtures with use vegetable oils and ethanol, study of the vegetable raw material fermentation processes to achieve the components of alternative type fuels. The methods of the study: physico-chemical and biotechnology methods in sphere of alternative type fuels. The got results and novelty: for production components of alternative mixed fuels determined the most perspective fuel components from non-traditional raw materials - a vegetable oils, bioethanol and products of their conversion. It is reached rather high stabilizing effect of 120 days by length for water-fuel emulsion, formed by means of emulsifying systems based on sorbitan-laurat, oxyethiled stearin acid and oxyethiled alcilphenol. Created samples have shown the correspondence to requirements to summer type diesel oil of the according to acting national standard. The results of biotechnology studies have confirmed the possibility of the fermentation process regulation by means of change of acidity and amino acid composition of the nutrient medium to achieve the microbiological syntheses products with given chemical feature, which optimize the mixed fuel composition. Defined criteria of non-traditional energy products use and normative-specifications for their using in alternative fuels sphere, which are harmonized with normative and legislative requirements of European Community Directives, taken for using in sphere production and use of biofuels. The results of executed research will provide the condition of the development of the alternative type fuel sphere; will promote efficient use of non-traditional renewed type biological raw material, development normative-technical documentation on their production and conversion in fuel.
