Reference strains of 23 immunotypes of swine enteroviruses were renewed, specific sera to these strains were obtained in rabbits. Kits for diagnosis of swine enzootic encephalomyelitis (Teshen disease) by using neutralization test and immunofluorescence method were developed, registered and introduced into production. Annually from master seed of vaccine strain "Perechinsky-652" the vaccine against Teshen disease was produced, which was registered and uses in production.
