The equipment of the complex of the Institute of Cybernetics of the Academy of Sciences of the Ukraine which functions in conditions of unstable external power supplies is divided into two functional groups. According to this approach the structure of a supercomputer complex and communication between components are changed. Means of constant monitoring are introduced into structure of the system software of the complex. They start to work in a procedural mode right after inclusions of control facilities of host computer and they do not create essential loading on host and computing units.
