Has been established the role of increased activity of destruction enzymes (elastase of neutrophils and macrophages, cathepsin G) in blood for formation of endothelium function infringements and for progressing HODL. Was shown the efficiency of combined therapy of HODL with obligatory using of omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (epadol) drugs, inhibitors of angiotensin transforming enzyme, inhibitors of 5-phosphodiesterase.
