Necessity of application combined antihypertensive therapy with as much as possible expressed organoprotective properties, namely perindopril and amlodipine, perindpopril and betaxalol on the base of antidiabetic treatment is proved. The expediency hypolipidemic therapy at this category of patients is proved. It is established, that long-term complex treatment (6 months) by suggested medications resulted in significant decrease myocardium left ventricle mass, reduction of eccentric and concentric of left ventricle hypertrophy frequency.
