Information × Registration Number 0206U000695, 0104U005927 , R & D reports Title To study the factors, which was caused the production process of plants popup.stage_title Head Molodchenkova O.O., Registration Date 02-02-2006 Organization Plant breeding and genetics institute - National center of seed and cultivar investigation popup.description2 Changes of protein and enzymic complex,oxidizing and antioxidizing processes and role of lipid and phenol methabolism,signalling molecules,genotypes features of photosythetic potential of cereals crops genotypes which differed for resistance to Fusarium spp., Bipolaris spp.,drought,heat-frost-resistance and productivity, at the pathogenesis, influence of drought,high-low temperature,exogenic salicylic acid was investigated.It is established that the variegated changes of the studied physiological-biochemical indexes in the grain and seedlings of cereals crops at the infection of pathogens and at the action of abiotic factors are depending on the resistance of winter wheat,spring barley,corn genotypes to Fusarium spp., Bipolaris spp., drought ant temperature stress,culture genus,plant age and genotype belonging.It has been concluded, that the studied biochemical processes take part in forming of cereals crops defense mechanisms to Fusarium spp., Bipolaris spp.,drought and temperature stress and salicylic acid is the activator of protective plant reactions.It is shown that the protective reactions at various cultures and genotypes at the action of biotic and abiotic factors have different mechanisms.The features of changes of studied indexes at contract for resistance and productivity genotypes indicate this.Possibility of selection of more specific for every culture physiological-biochemical criteria of express estimation of plant resistance to unfavourable factors of environment is established. Based on the received results new methods of estimation of wheat and barley genotype resistance to Fusarium spp. and heat were developed.It was got 2 Ukrainian patents for these methods (declarative Ukrainian patent #43280, declarative Ukrainian patent #69859).It is suggested that index of relative stability of primary sheet growth functions in the contracting terms of growing can use for estimation of winter wheat genotype frost-resistance.Biochemical analysis of soya-bean and spring barley varieties collections for the exposure of biochemical indexes which determine soya-bean food products quality and brewing properties of spring barley varieties was conducted. 42254 analyses for to 30 physiological-biochemical indexes is executed for institute breeding and theoretical departments. 31 scientific articles are published, taken part in 20 international conferences. Results of scientific researchers are inculcated in developed methods of estimation of cereals crops genotypes resistance, recommendations to the breeders.
