The aim of the work is the development of the technique and the production of the test equipment specimen for soil sampling under the compaction quality control. The developed specimen of the test facility has the constructive features, which allow to sample without the destruction of the soil structure due to the directing equipment and the applied load by means of the jack. Here the soil is loosely compacted as compared to the rapid insertion of the ring, the distortion and the air voids do not occur. The extraction of the ring from the soil occurs without the specimen destruction.
