The transport characteristics of charge carriers in the crystals were studied using the express method of measuring ?? increment. A new modification of measuring the life time of non-equilibrium charge carriers ? in semiconductors was proposed. It is based on registration of the frequency dependence of photoconductivity at pulsed excitation of the sample.
