The technique of evaluation of influence of the separate methods of reduction of NOx issue at the furnace facilities on fuel consumption and NOx value (like combustion products recirculation) has been developed. The calculations have been carried out for the examples of the gas water and steam boilers: GM-50, BKZ-75, DKVR(6.5/13 and 10/13), as well as district water heating boiler TVG-8 arranged with two-side receiving sections. Thermodynamic investigations of the nitrogen oxides reduction procedures by hydrocarbons combustion have been proved that the NOx reduction is accompanied by intensive spot formation other harmful substances including PAH (polyaromatic hydrocarbons).
