Methods of investigation: Statistical analysis of data-bases being established in regions of Ukraine; epidemiological descriptive and analytical observational investigations. Results and their novelty: Software was developed, that takes account of the needs for follow-up of T2DM patients' management, as well as regional registers containing data on 115167 T2DM patients. The assessment of a group of insulin-treated T2DM patients is one of the important outcomes. Such information was missing before.
