Is developed of 2 experimental variant of liquid and 3 dense nutritious media, it is explored their elective and growing properties. The dense nutritious media of CHLV is developed for cultivation of mycobacteria of different diagnosis and accumulation of bacterial mass of productions cultures of mycobacteria, as diagnostic preparations base for the receipt with the purpose of control after saving by them biological properties. It is shown that the nourishing environment of CHLV settles to accelerate growth of both reviewers and epizootical cultures of mycobacteria of different prospects on the average on 10 days, not influencing on their biological properties and to shorten expenses on acquisition of the high-priced imported component of environment - L-asparagyn.
