Human being becoming the main object of the humanitarian sciences, research activating on anthropology problem and formation of the system of human knowledge (that is called on to safeguard holistic knowledge on biosocial individual) cause necessity of finding out the role of the anthropology namely, philosophical-anthropology, researches in the field of general theory of state and law. Research object consists of the law norms creation, law norm interpretation and law norm application practice of the international and state bodies of Ukraine in the sphere of safeguarding of realization, defence and protection of human rights and main freedoms. The aim of the work is making more accurate definition of the methodological approaches in the direction of human rights phenomenon research and application of these approaches to identification of certain new tendencies of its' general development and tendencies of safeguarding in Ukraine of a list of such important rights, as the right to life, to health, right to freedom of convictions. Research methods consists of the philosophical basics of anthropology and social determinism, structural, systematic, logical, comparative general scientific method, as well as certain special scientific methods (namely, methods of interpretation of legal norms, generalization of the legal practice). In order to formulate and make more precise certain general notions dialectical methods of moving from the concrete to the abstract, identifying interconnection of the general, particular and singular, as well as of the part and the whole were used. Scientific value (new provisions) of the research lies in complex general theoretic identification of new actual approaches to the studying of a list of modern tendencies and problems of human rights institution development, methodological innovations in their research, as well as formulation of these tendencies, problems and application of corresponding approaches towards their resolving. Research results lie in making more accurate conceptual approaches and methods, identification of the condition and modern tendencies of human rights development, as well as finding out general international human rights standards and mechanism of their implementation in Ukraine, in identifying legal instruments aimed at defence and protection improvement of a list of basic human rights, such as the right to life, right to freedom of belief, peasants rights. Research results are introduced partly in human rights branch researches, in studying-methodical literature and scientific publications, in conclusions on Constitutional Court of Ukraine inquiry. Further usage of the results of the work can be recommended in following researches of corresponding problem in the legal branch of legal norms creation and in studying process. Significance of the work is caused, besides aforementioned, by the fact that the object of research - human rights and freedoms is in the process ofconstant development, enrichment, concretization, thus preserves its' meaning corresponding improvement of the methodological equipment, that was worked out in the process of this work.
