The work purpose is improvement and introduction of U-Pb and Rb-Sr radiogeochrono-logical isotopic methods of definition of ages of geological bodies and the imposed endogenic geological processes including ore ones to the UkrGGRI practice. Research methods are the mass-spectrometer analysis, the ionic-exchange chromatography, the chemical analysis, methods of optical petrography and mineralogy. U-Pb and Rb-Sr isotopic methods of age definition of geological processes and mineral, rock and ore formations are advanced and introduced to GV UkrGGRI. The decomposition schemes for mineral samples are developed and the devices of reagents cleaning are manufactured to receive the ultraclean water from the drinking category water, and to receive ultrapure hydrochloric and nitric acids with the contents of Pb less n х 10-10 г/г, U - less n х 10-12 g/g, Rb - less n х 10-10 g/g, Sr - less n х 10-10 g/g from the acids of ESC category. The devices for hydrothermal dissolution of geological samples are designed and manufactured; the reagent mixes are designed and selected and a temperature mode of hydrothermal decomposition of silicates, phosphates, oxides is found. Modes of the isotopic analysis of uranium, lead, rubidium and strontium on polycollector mass-spectrometer МI-1201АТ are found and developed, and the analysis of isotope structure of lead directly from zircon, monazite and uraninite by the method of direct thermo-emission is carried out and developed. The software for service of the mass-spectrometer МИ-1201АТ, and for calculations of results of the isotopic analysis is advanced. Results of SRW are introduced into practical activity of the Laboratory of Precision Analytical Researches of UkrGGRI. A field of application is geological prospecting.
