Research object: methods of treatment primary arterial hypertension (PAH) in 120 adolescents aged 14-18 years with PAH, antihypertensive drugs having been administered to 84 patients (в-adrenoblokers, angiotensin-transpformers enzyme -inhibitors, Ca antagonists) and nonmedicamentous measuuuuuures heving been used for 36 patients. Objective: upgreting treatment- and- sanitary programs for adolescents with PAH on the basis of studyng cerebral hemodynamics peculiarities and heart restructuring. Methods: conventional clinical, resting ECF, ECF with physical load, echocardiography, rheoencephalography, blood, lipid spectrum, levels epinephrine and norepinephrine urinary excretion, plasma rennin activity, aldosterone, в2-microglobulin levels and microalbuminuria. . Theoretical and practical results: indications for administration to adolescents with PAH of line I antihypertensive drugs were determined. Novelty: Scientifically substantiated therapeutic combinations for antihypertensive treatment ofadolescents with PAH with line I drugs were worked out. Effectiveness: there was proved a positive impact of medicines on the heart restructuring processes and cerebral blood flow, as manifested by certain decrease in the degree of left ventricle hypertrophy and MMI of the left ventricle, as well as by a decrease in peripheral vessels resistance and in spasm of cerebral arteries, and by normalization of findings on neuro-humoral regulation and lipid metabolism. Against the background of nonmedicamentous therapy there takes place activation of sympathoadrenal system and an increase in plasma rennin activity, which testifies to AH stabilization and its progressing.
