Objectives: to prognose the deviations in the health state of children, whose fathers got exposed to low doses of ionized radiation, for upgrading the system of their health improvement, and formation of appropriate social adaptation. Methods: conventional clinical, hormonal, immunologic, psychological, cytogenetic, instrumental (SCG, PCG, Echo-CS, DoEcho-CS, Echo-CG, sonography of pineal gland and of small pelvis organs). Theoretical and practical results. There were determined gender peculiarities in the character of physical and sexual development of radiation-exposed fathers' descedants. It was established that in puberty the total level of pathologic morbidity was 1,5 time higher as compared with the findings in coevals from families without radiation risk. In comparison with early puberty the incidence of chronic processes in gastrointestinal tract, hepatobiliar system and respiratory organs was increased, and the percentage of neuro-psychic disorders decreased. Cytogenetic studies confirmed the presence of occult genome instability and an increased sensitivity to mutagenic load. Novelty. The mathematic model developed on the basis of discriminant analysis makes it possible to individualize prognosis of health formation in adolescents. The informativity was established and there were calculated prognostic coefficients of clinico-anamnestic, immunologic and hormonal findings as regards clinical pathology development and sexyal maturation disorders in the descedants of radiation-exposed fathers. There was developed a system of medico-social monitoring of children with hereditaty loaded radiologic anamnesis, the system including three major stages of observation: preventive, diagnostic and corrective-preventive. Effectivity: an increase in psychic, somatic and reproductive helth level in the descedants of the Chernobyl accident liquidators on the basis of prognosing risk groups and providing preventive measures.
