The purpose of researches-to develop specifications of formation astable forms humus technologies and specifications of creation and application of organicmineral fertilizers and biostimulations. Methods of researches-modeling, technological, field, laboratory-analytical and statistical. Theoretical and practical results-on the basis of the matrix synthesis concept of humus the base model of humus formation and a technique of definition influence of various factors on process of formation of actable forms humus is developed. Specifications of changes of quality humus under influence of local organic resources and their factors of humification in different soil-climatic zones of Ukraine are developed. The shown opportunity of a simple reconstruction of fertility ground regulation of crop rotations structure, use of collateral production of agricultural crops as organic fertilizers. Methodological both technological bases of creation and application organicmineral fertilizers and biostimulations are developed. By results of field and industrial researches it is established, that the base and row fertilization of organicmineral fertilizers provides increase of produc-tivity of a link of a crop rotation on 15-65%, improvement of soil nutrient regime and quality of production. Tillage of seeds and foliar dressing of vegetative plants with biostimulations provide increase of productivity of crops on 20-45 %, improvement of quality of production. Negative influence of stressful situations on plants is reduced. Specifications of organicmineral fertilization for grain, fodder, technical and vegetable cultures, which grow in different zones of Ukraine and projects of the specifications and technical documentation on new fertilizers, are developed. Novelty-in stand of traditional approaches prevailing in the world, the uniform approach to processing waste products of an organic origin which basis is conceptual model of formation of humus connections is developed. Technologies and ways of reception organic-and biomineral fertilizers have patent security (patents of Ukraine №№ 51112, 50419, 32658, 39725). Efficiency of new introductions-application of the newest technologies give a chance on 30-40 % to save mineral fertilizers and fuel (due to compatibility of agrotechnical receptions), to increase productivity, increase fertility of soil and to improve an ecological condition of environment.
