Theoretical and practical results - the theoretical footing of a system of agrotechniques is developed, which one provides control of fertility of soils and productivity of crops in biologized crop rotations on typical chernozem in Left-bank Forest-steppe; a economic stimulate system of output of ecologically pure production; a technique "Definition of ecological secure limit of agrochemical load of mineral fertilizers on 1-cm depth of an arable layer on soak of soil". The differentiated control system of fertility soils includes selective usage of ways of processing of soil, different method of applications of industrial mineral fertilizers, microelements and calcium-comprised matters, application secondary production of plant cultivation and green manure. Novelty - ecologically sound standards of technogenic loads on soils are developed for the first time and the components of technology of control of fertility soils are worked through. Effectivity - reduction of costs of industrial mineral fertilizers on 50 % at the expense of actuation secondary production of plant cultivation and green manure in a system of fertilizing with preservation of an optimum trophic-energetical state of soil; high parameters bioenergetic and economic efficiency of crops cultivation.
