The conditions of obtaining of the consuming alloying titanium alloys by means of powder metallurgy were established, the technological methods of formation of gradient alloys were developed. The model within the frame of force approach for prediction of the conditions for loses of stability of the embryo cracks was proposed. The results of mechanical tests of steel after the different heat treatment was obtained, the data on the anisotropy and space inhomogeneity of elastic moduli of the nuclear power plant vessel steel was obtained, the effect of chemical composition on the phase stability of steels in the conditions of wear andtheir corrosion resistance was determined.
