We have got acyl products having the radi-cals: methyl, phenyl and n-tolyl. Their structure was confirmed by ele-mental analyses and NMR spectra. Biological active substances with isoindole groups synthesised, are used for creation of polymers with biodegradable properties. The ure-thane containing polymers with biodegradable polylactic fragments in their macromolecules were formed as well. The structure of these materi-als was investigated. Urethane containing polymer systems with -cyclodextrin frag-ments in their macromolecule were chemically formed.
