A Conception on the basis of operating legal documents and scientific research inferences determines a system of organizational, ecological, medical, scientific, technical principles and priorities of productive, scientific, technical and other activity in Zone with the purpose of ecological and socio-economic Chernobyl catastrophe consequences minimization, and also grounds the possibilities and arrangements on Zone territory complex rehabilitation. The project includes such constituents: general Conception regulations, state of Zone, prognosis of ecological situation in Zone, functional Zone territory division, activity foundations in Zone, Zone management, main arrangements in relation to Conception realization.
