Methods of electron microscopy explore incipient states of origin of quasi-crystalline clusters in amorphous semiconductor and metal matrixes of formed condensates, a kinetics of eduction (decay in sated solid solutions) at activity of thermal fields and irradiations. Electrical and magnetic properties of amorphous, quasi-amorphous, finely divided condensates are explored. The interrelation between a substructure and physical properties is detected. Mechanisms of transference of a charge in quasi-equilibrium and nano-crystalline structures are offered.
