The aim of work - to study the changes metabolism in the organism of rats in conditions of a action of ionizing radiation and polyplatillen for choose of the optimal conditions their usage for the oncology patients treatment . Methods: hematological, biochemical, radioimmunological, morphological. The action on an organism of a antitumor preparation poliplatillen (PP) and of ionizing irradiation was studied on 400 rats in a different schemes of their application depending on doses and on order of injection. Radioprotective properties of PP were established according to two schemes with injection of PP in the dose 5.0 mg/kg before irradiation in the summary dose 3 Gy and 10 Gy. In conditios of fractionated irradiation of rats (summary dose 3.0 Gy) and injection of PP in the dose 5.0 mg/kg after irradiation and with injection of PP in the dose 30 mg/kg before irradiation in the summarydose 3.0 Gy and 10 Gy radiosensibilizing properties of PP were established. The optimal scheme of the use of PP and of irradiation is the scheme, in which the 30 mg/kg of preparation is injecting before irradiation, that can favour radiosensibilizing of tumor and the defence of an organism in general in relation to damaging action of both these factors. The region of usage - oncology. Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
